Lutheran Ministry Center

The Lutheran Academy, Scranton, moved to our new home in the fall of 2015 after the purchase of the former Trinity Baptist Church on Monsey Ave. just 1/2 block off of Greenridge St in Scranton. We have been mightily blessed by God with these facilities, which we continue to renovate and upgrade as time goes on.

The Education Wing

The sanctuary (pictured above) is regularly used by the Academy for our chapel services, music practice, and performances. But our main educational wing is directly behind it and is allowing us opportunities we never had before as a school.

Spacious Classrooms

There are three larger classrooms which are all bright and cheerful. They are very conducive to teaching!

Main Auditorium

Besides the main auditorium pictured at the right, there is another large hall in the lower level that can be used as a gym or activity center.

Smaller classrooms

Besides the three main classrooms there are several smaller classrooms that house libraries, computer room, teacher lounge, copy room, music and practice rooms.

Student Application Form

The Lutheran Academy serves children of any race, color, religion, or national and ethnic origin; equally providing all rights, privileges, programs, and activities accorded to the students in our entire school program.
